Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. ATTARIA offers authentic designer and niche fragrances sourced through our approved supply channels. For questions about a particular product, contact us before ordering.
Can I return a fragrance?
We operate an exchange-only policy for eligible incorrect, damaged or defective products. Please report an issue within 48 hours of delivery. Products should remain unused and unopened, with original packaging intact where applicable. If a defect can only be discovered after opening or an initial spray, stop using the product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery; verified defects may still qualify for an exchange. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or personal fragrance preference. Read our Returns & Exchanges policy for full conditions.
What happens if ATTARIA cannot fulfil my paid order?
ATTARIA operates an exchange-only policy and does not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method. If ATTARIA cannot fulfil a paid order or item, we will contact you to arrange an alternative product of equal value, subject to availability and your agreement.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days after full bank payment verification. Estimated delivery within Pakistan is 10–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, holidays and other circumstances. See our Shipping page.

Full advance bank deposit is required for all orders. Cash on Delivery and card payments are not available. Delivery is free across Pakistan.
