Each fragrance is inspected and carefully packaged before dispatch. ATTARIA operates an exchange-only policy for eligible issues with delivered products.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges may be requested for an incorrect, damaged or defective product, including verified issues present before delivery. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Products should remain unused and unopened, with the original packaging, seals and accessories intact where applicable. If a defect can only be discovered after opening or an initial spray, stop using the product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Opening solely to discover such a defect does not automatically exclude an exchange; eligibility is subject to review and verification of the defect. Provide your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue.
What Is Not Covered
We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected fragrance, personal scent preference, or products that have been opened, sprayed, used or altered, except for verified defects discovered after opening or an initial spray as described above.
Request an Exchange
Email info@theattaria.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label. Keep the original packaging while your request is reviewed.
Please do not send products back before receiving approval and instructions from ATTARIA. Approved exchanges are subject to product availability; an alternative of equal value may be offered when the original product is unavailable.
Exchange Only — No Refunds
We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method. Approved resolutions for delivered products are handled through an exchange under our policy.
Paid Orders We Cannot Fulfil
ATTARIA operates an exchange-only policy and does not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method. If ATTARIA cannot fulfil a paid order or item, we will contact you to arrange an alternative product of equal value, subject to availability and your agreement.
