Products must generally be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging to qualify. The verified-defect exception for issues discovered after opening or an initial spray is described in Section 2 of our Return & Exchange Policy.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, you must contact us within the timeframe specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.

11. Fragrance Preference

Fragrance is subjective and individual experiences may differ.

ATTARIA does not accept exchanges simply because a customer:

• Finds the fragrance different from their expectation.

• Does not enjoy the fragrance after testing it.

• Believes the fragrance smells different on their skin.

• Changes their mind after purchasing.
