Xerjoff Al-Khatt Parfum draws inspiration from the travels of Ibn Battuta and the history of Arabian perfumery. Calabrian bergamot and jasmine sambac open the composition, followed by a heart of Cashmeran. Ouds from Bangladesh, Laos and Assam combine with Laotian benzoin and vanilla in the base.
The introduction brings a luminous floral and citrus character before the softer woody warmth of Cashmeran develops. The different oud materials create a deep, resinous foundation, while benzoin and vanilla add a rounded sweetness around them. Al-Khatt reflects its travel-inspired concept through these contrasting textures, moving from fresh brightness into a rich setting of woods and balsams associated with traditional oud perfumery.
